Leading the pack is the 5,000-square-foot equestrian center. This facility is home to stalls and paddocks that can accommodate up to 50 horses. The main barn houses a riding arena, and includes a tack room, wash stall, and grooming facilities that are accessible from outside walking areas.

The center also has a riding ring, which is surrounded by an indoor viewing area as well as a covered viewing space with special bulletproof glass that can be used when inclement weather occurs. The building also contains an apartment for the ranch manager and storage areas for equipment.

Surrounding the equestrian center is a network of trails designed specifically for horseback riders. They range from easy to difficult in terms of steepness and degree of difficulty. The most popular trail winds through mounds of red rock into the foothills of Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and allows riders to enjoy stunning views from its elevated perch above the Las Vegas Valley.
