You’ve heard of the First Amendment, right? It’s the one that protects free speech and freedom of religion and all that stuff. But did you know there’s also a Second Amendment? It’s not about guns, though. It’s about bankruptcy.

The Second Amendment is a section of the US Bankruptcy Code that gives people with overwhelming debts a chance to start over with a clean slate. Specifically, it says this:

[A] debtor who is otherwise so disabled that he cannot engage in any substantial gainful activity… may be permitted to be relieved of his disability by order of the court… if, from all the facts and circumstances of the case, including the financial needs and earning ability of the debtor… it is inequitable to require [him] to pay such debt or any part thereof.

The Section Seven is an area of the site that we are constantly updating. It is certainly not a replacement for the blog posts, but more of an additional resource for those of you who want to delve deeper into specific topics.

Trying to stay true to our promise of being a one-stop shop for all things e-commerce, we have added various tools and resources to help out with your e-commerce efforts. We have also added a number of interactive quizzes and tests in order to provide some fun and hopefully useful information.

The Section Seven is the 7th of the ‘7-S’s’ that make up an effective sales letter. It is the call to action or the final sales pitch. This section needs to be as strong and persuasive as possible, as it is the last chance to make a sale.

The purpose of this section is to get the reader from their reaction so far to making a firm decision to buy. It should provide a sense of urgency and reassurance that they have come to the right place for what they want and need.

It should also include details of the guarantee in place for your product or service.

Some businesses choose to add in additional information about themselves at this point, such as their company policies, contact details, and testimonials from customers who have been satisfied with their purchase from them.
