The SlotZilla zip line attraction is located at the Fremont Street Experience in Las Vegas, Nevada. The SlotZilla, which resembles a huge slot machine, has two take-off levels. Riders go on an exciting journey down Fremont Street beneath the enormous Viva Vision video screen with free daily entertainment.
The SlotZilla Zipline is a Las Vegas city center attraction that’s part of the Fremont Street Experience. It’s no surprise to hear about slot machines in Las Vegas, but a zip line like this takes things to a new level.
The zip line features the world’s largest slot machine and other iconic Vegas attractions such as enormous dice, a martini glass, money, a pink flamingo, video reels, a big arm, and a pair of 35-foot-tall showgirls.
If you’re in Las Vegas, Nevada for a few days, it’s easy to become overwhelmed by all of the excitement. Imagine gliding at eye level over neon signs and traditional hotels beneath the world’s largest canopy and light show on the Fremont Street Experience while offering air-fives to pedestrians below.
The Slotzilla zip line is 77 feet tall and 850 feet long, starting at the east side of the Fremont Street Experience. A zoom line that launches passengers in a horizontal posture, as if they are Superman, flying 1,700 feet — the whole length of the Fremont Street canopy – at speeds greater than 35 miles per hour.
When you visit SlotZilla, go to the Retail Shop to the right of the ride and view it from there. You’ll walk outside and upstairs to a second-story loading area. You’re measured, secured in a harness, and your personal items are stored in a pouch that’s readily linked to your harness.
Finally, you’ll climb an open-air cage elevator to the zip line platform. Watching people on the ground and Denny’s Restaurant below diminishing as you rise higher and higher will undoubtedly create some butterflies in your stomach.
Ride operators at the launch platform assist you in attaching to one of the four separate zip lines, which is in front of a gate. The gate opens and you walk down a short flight of stairs until your feet are dangling (and your stomach dropping) above a platform.
You’ll soon be zipping effortlessly through the air and beneath Viva Vision’s canopy (even better at night). You could even shout, “Slottedill!” skyward.
You’re slowing down quickly as you approach the platform, on which you’ll land near the center of the Fremont Street Experience. Once you’ve removed your harness and retrieved your belongings from your bag, you may leave.
From check-in to dismount, the entire trip takes approximately 20 minutes. However, you’ll never view the Fremont Street Experience in the same way again.
