Sartini Plaza is a vast complex of industrial buildings on the corner of Alta Drive and Las Vegas Boulevard. It was built in the 1970s and has been a major distribution center for the city ever since. The buildings consist of two-story warehouses, each with an average footprint of about 30,000 square feet.

Description: Sartini Plaza is home to the region’s leading wholesalers, manufacturing operations, and warehousing facilities; it also provides retail and service businesses with ample space for their needs. The ease of access to the Strip and airport is important to Sartini Plaza tenants who are doing business in tourism or manufacturing trades.

Location: The main entrance is at 1730 Alta Drive, in Las Vegas, NV; there are two additional entrances from Las Vegas Blvd. Accessibility to the I-15 makes it convenient for local employees as well as out-of-state businesses seeking a centralized location for distribution.

History: Sartini Plaza was developed by Charles Sartini Sr. in 1972; he passed away in 2016 but his son Charles Sartini Jr. kept Sartini Enterprises growing despite challenges from the market that began during the recession in 2009.

Sartini Plaza is located at 207 E. Ogden Ave, just east of Las Vegas Blvd, in downtown Las Vegas. The plaza is home to a small number of businesses.
